Warren Student Ministry, grades 6-12, exists to compel a generation of world influencers to live a godly way of life and impact their world for Christ.
Our desire is to see students experience authentic community through Life Groups. On Sunday mornings students gather at tables by grade and gender. They are taught core biblical truths through engaging and relevant instruction and led in small groups to process these truths so that they might live them out in their daily lives.
Merge and Collide will not meet May 31-August 9. Regular Wednesday Activities will resume August 16.
For a list of summer activities for students, see Upcoming Events below or pick up a WSM Summer Calendar in the Student Ministry.
Merge (Middle School)
6:00-7:30 pm | The Loft
Merge is an intentional gathering designed just for middle school students. It includes relevant teaching, real connections, hilarious games and Bible study. Students love trying to figure out what is going to happen each week at Merge. The Garage (D201) opens at 5:30 pm for hang time.
S2S D-Groups (High School)
Student to Student Discipleship Groups are groups of about 2-3 students being led by a mature trained Student-discipler [leader] to meet together weekly, for about a year’s time, to pray, memorize, and study God’s word, and to hold each other accountable. For more information or to register for an S2S Group, please contact the Student Ministry, 706.922.7051, firstname.lastname@example.org.
We desire to see students transition and launch well from high school to college life. Our Student and College Ministries are combining efforts to produce a series of events and experiences for our high school seniors that we are calling Senior Transitions. Our aim is to ready Seniors for their next phase of life to the glory of God. Check our Upcoming Events below for the next Senior Transitions event/experience.
Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30 PM | The Edge
Join us each week (August-May) for Bible Thrills. The purpose of Bible Thrills is to help increase our knowledge of the Bible, develop skills in effectively handling the Bible, learn how to apply the Bible to life and begin developing memory skills. Team competes in Church and Regional Bible Drills in the Spring.
