The Warren Sports & Fitness Ministry focuses on caring for the WHOLE person – emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Reaching out to all ages, we offer a state-of-the-art exercise facility and locker rooms, group fitness classes, four Upward Sports for children, and various adult sports leagues all encompassed within the energetic, Christ-focused atmosphere of our church.

Need a personal trainer? The FLC has personal trainers offering 30 and 60-minute sessions. All of our trainers are CPR, First Aid and AED certified. To purchase personal training sessions or for more info, contact the Family Life Center, 706.860.0454, firstname.lastname@example.org.

Joe is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. His specialties include weight loss, cardio, balance and core training. He can design a personalized exercise program to meet almost any fitness goal. Joe enjoys long distance running and is an experienced marathon competitor.
He is a member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, and IDEA Health & Fitness Association. Joe also holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and works for the Department of Defense.
Audra believes that regardless of your goal, a good strong base can lead you to your short and long term goals. Audra is newly certified with AFAA, but has been working with personal trainers for 6+ years. After an experience with debilitating back pain, she devoted much of her time to health and fitness and decided to turn it into a career in the hopes that she can share what she’s learned with others.a
Brooke is a ACSM certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She specializes in women's strength training, weight loss, elderly, youth, and pre and post natal training. Brooke also teaches group exercise classes and loves to help people find the joy in a healthy exercise program. Brooke loves to run and believes strength training should be vital a part of everyones exercise routine.
A variety of fitness classes are offered to engage our Warren Sports and Fitness Center members of any level or age. Whether you are a beginner or are well on your way in your fitness journey, our instructors will equip you for the challenge you need.

Studies prove that exercising first thing in the morning reaps the greatest benefits. This early morning class is for those serious about getting and keeping their body fit. Start with cardio on the track, then back to the aerobics room for low impact strength training with bands, balls, weights, and more!

This class is for Mature Adults who want to keep mobile and functioning in everyday life. The class offers strength training, balance work, and stretching.
Christian Yoga | Monday/Thursday @ 5:00 PM
This popular class is designed to stretch and strengthen the body using classic, but do-able, yoga poses. Its focus is fitness and is Christ-centered. All ability levels are welcome.

The ultimate calorie killer! Start pedaling and let go as the music takes you on the ride of your life along various terrains, speeds, and intensities. Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat!
Available to Family Life Center members during all operating hours, the indoor walking track can be your escape from the cold of winter, heat of summer, or sogginess of a rainy day–or even the treadmill! One mile is equivalent to 16 laps, allowing you build momentum as you quickly make your away around the track.
Pickleball is fun, easy to learn, and a great way to get in shape!
