Lifeline Prayer+Praise (The Chapel)

Do you long to pray, but feel inadequate? Are you frustrated with your prayer life, feeling like it’s stale, rote, or lack passion? I think you’ll really benefit from Lifeline Prayer + Praise. Lifeline is a Wednesday night prayer gathering in The Chapel designed to equip, enhance, and encourage you in your prayer life. This gathering isn’t just a time to talk about prayer.

During Lifeline we will be intentional in learning and implementing tools for more effective prayer, and we will actually spend the bulk of our time in prayer. Please know you will never be asked to pray aloud if you are not comfortable doing so. Lifeline isn’t about that. Lifeline is a time for growth, a time for faith-building, and a time for strengthening your prayer muscles so that as a church we can be more effective and stronger for the Kingdom of God.

Bible Study (co-ed) (Simmons Hall)

This Fall our Bible study will be a 10-week study, Storyline of the Bible: Tracing the Overarching Story of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. This is the first of our four Core Discipleship Classes we encourage everyone to go through at some point. These classes are a one-time commitment and lay a foundation for spiritual growth and application of our faith to daily life.

Our four core classes are:

• Storyline of the Bible (10 weeks)
• 6 Steps for Bible Study (5 weeks)
• Conversations on Christian Beliefs (10 weeks)
• Habits for Growth (10 weeks)

Over the next year, we will offer each of these Core Classes in large group settings. We will follow these classes with our Book by Book studies on individual books of the Bible in small group settings. Book by Book studies will begin in the Fall of 2022.
