New Group Fitness Classes Begin Sep 17 & 18
We will be launching new Group Fitness Classes this Fall beginning the week of September 17!
Zumba® | Tuesdays & Thursday @ 6:00 PM | Perfect For everybody and every body – This workout combines elements of traditional Latin dance and cardio inspired movements to bring you a great workout that is not only fit but fun!
60 minutes – All levels
UpLIFT | Mondays & Wednesdays @ 9:15 AM | Uplift is a class designed to encourage ladies to feel confident with weights in their workouts. From challenging circuits to endurance training, this class will challenge you to be strongest version of you!
45 minutes – Intermediate, Mat Recommended
